NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Jamaica Bankers Association will be held at the Hilton Kingston Hotel, Friday January 21, 2005, at 7:30 a.m. for the following purposes:


1. Election of the Officers for the year 2005 in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association.

2. To adopt the Audited Accounts for year ended December 31, 2003.

3. To appoint Auditors and authorise the Executive Council to fix their remuneration for the ensuing year.

4. To conduct any other business that may appropriately be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
