Patrick Hylton, A.C.I.B., B.B.A. C.D.

BPatrick Hylton is an Honours Graduate in Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (London).

With over ten (10) years managerial experience in the financial sector, Mr. Hylton has a proven track record of performance in the areas of change management, organizational re-structuring, credit & risk administration, process efficiency and human resource development. He was the recipient of the UTECH Alumni Award in 2000 for outstanding contribution to the development of the University, and the 1998 Flagrans Bronze awardee for exceptional service in the field of Finance from his alma mater, Glenmuir High School.

In 2002, the Order of Distinction, Commander Class was awarded to Mr. Hylton by the Prime Minister and Governor General of Jamaica, for his service in the resuscitation and rehabilitation of Jamaica’s financial sector. Mr. Hylton was the Managing Director of Financial Institution Services Limited (FINSAC) for five years, where had responsibility for the rehabilitation and divestment of intervened financial institutions and the acquired assets.

Mr. Hylton is currently Group Managing Director of the National Commercial Bank.
